Speedgates that fit seamlessly into the architecture

The vehicle access is the building’s first “wow” moment for those arriving by car. You need a speedgate which will fully integrate with the architecture in order to create a genuine ‘wow’ moment. HTC enjoys working with architects to make this happen. HTC translates an architectural image into a technically feasible product, which naturally always meets the highest possible performance and safety requirements.

A sleek base with a high-quality finish

HTC invisibly incorporates all the technical elements and cabling in the speedgate. This has given the speedgates a beautiful and sleek appearance.

This sleek design has been realised by concealing the motors and drives in the columns. The cabling goes through tubes and hinges. HTC also uses top quality and sustainably finished (galvanised / scoped and 2 or 3 powder coatings) materials for the production of the speedgates. Parts like hinges have been specially designed and HTC has arranged for these to be produced in-house. The result is a safe, attractive and top quality speedgate.

The speedgate design

Your speedgate design can be beautifully matched to your building in order to create a perfect entrance. Various different architectural elements can be added to the speedgate’s basic platform.

The Xentry 3, Xentry 3 facade and 2TP serve as the basic platform for these designer speedgates. The basic platform is strong enough to support elements made from various different materials. The possibilities are literally endless: grids, wood, glass, perforated sheets. This therefore allows you to make your own unique contribution to your speedgate design. The strong basic platform means the speedgates can retain their functionality and security. Curious about the possibilities? Take a moment to view the photo gallery in the header, as well as our actual projects. A recent example is the Little C project in Rotterdam, for which HTC organised the car park design.

Assistance and support for architects

There’s a great deal involved with designing a vehicle entrance. You’re the architecture expert and we’ve got 30 years of experience with vehicle entrances.

We’ll provide you with any required support in relation to dimensioning and designing the vehicle entrance, based on matters like capacity and the nature of the traffic. We’ll also think along with you about the effective separation of traffic flows. HTC naturally supports BIM and we’re completely equipped to work with Revit. We certainly also enjoy thinking along with clients who’re interested in future-focussed constructions. Speedgate as a Service allows us to lower the contract price, maintain the value of systems and meet increasing requirements in the field of sustainability and circularity.

Speedgate as a Service

The Speedgate as a Service concept means you get a speedgate on loan and HTC will remain the owner. Fewer concerns, no expensive investment, plus it’s better for the environment too.

Sustainable entrance

A speedgate can also contribute to a better environment and reduce CO2 emissions. How? Read all about it in the sustainable speedgate article.

Smart Service with Xense

Xense connects an Xentry speedgate to the internet. This smart service allows HTC to offer you 24/7 support, plus the data will provide you with an insight into the use of your speedgate.
