HTC and TESCON present high-security solutions at Security Essen 2026

From 22 to 25 September 2026, HTC parking & security and TESCON Security will be exhibiting at Security Essen in Germany. At this international security trade fair, we will present a range of solutions for controlled vehicle access and perimeter security – from certified Speedgates and flexible access solutions to crash-tested bollards.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see our solutions up close and talk to our specialists about securing sites with different risk profiles.

Xentry 3TP – high security for critical sites

One of the solutions we will be presenting at Security Essen is the Xentry 3TP High Security. This Speedgate has been developed for sites where high levels of burglary resistance, controlled vehicle access and operational reliability are required.
The Xentry 3TP has been developed in accordance with the European resistance classes SR2 – RC2, RC3, RC4, RC5 – FB6 and is suitable for critical infrastructure, government facilities, defence sites, data centres and other high-security environments.
Depending on the required security level, the construction can include reinforced anchoring, hinge points, guidance systems and secured connections. This allows the Speedgate to be tailored to the specific risk profile of each site.

Xentry On Street – flexible security without a traditional foundation

The Xentry On Street will also be on display at our stand. This solution combines the quality, appearance and functionality of a permanently installed Speedgate with the flexibility of a temporary or semi-permanent installation.

The Xentry On Street does not require a traditional foundation. Cabling and other provisions are integrated above ground, and the fully assembled installation can be positioned using a forklift. This makes the solution particularly suitable for existing sites, renovation projects, temporary security requirements and environments where extensive groundwork is not possible or desirable.
The installation can also be relocated at a later stage, redeployed at another location or incorporated into a permanent security solution.

For sites with higher security requirements, the Xentry On Street is available with an additional pin construction. The Speedgate is designed according to the principles of resistance class RC3, with an increased level of resistance against burglary attempts as a key consideration.
This makes the Xentry On Street a flexible solution for sites where both security requirements and site conditions may change over time.

TESCON crash-tested bollards

In addition to our Speedgates, we will present several TESCON Security solutions designed to protect sites against unauthorised vehicle access.

One of the highlights is the TC-RB 300/1100, an electro-hydraulic retractable high-security bollard designed for sites where maximum protection against vehicle impact is required. The bollard has been tested with a 30-tonne truck travelling at 80 km/h. According to the test results, the system remains operational after impact.
The TC-RB 300 is intended for applications including government buildings, military sites, embassies, airports, energy facilities, industrial sites and other critical infrastructure.

At Security Essen, we will also show the video of the bollard crash test, giving visitors a close-up view of the forces this type of vehicle security solution must withstand in the event of an impact.

TESCON Anti-Terror Telescopic Bollard

The TESCON Anti-Terror Telescopic Bollard will also be part of our presentation. This electro-hydraulic retractable telescopic bollard has been developed for situations where a high level of vehicle security is required but the available installation depth is limited.

The telescopic design enables a blocking height of 1,000 mm with a foundation depth of just 950 mm. The bollard has been tested as a single unit in accordance with PAS 68 using a 7.5-tonne truck travelling at 48 km/h.
This makes the solution particularly suitable for urban areas, sites with underground cables and utilities, car parks, airports, military sites and critical infrastructure.
