WADDINXVEEN, July 23, 2025 – HTC Group B.V., European market leader in Speedgates, announces the acquisition of all activities of TESCON Sicherheitssysteme AG, the leading German manufacturer of high security bollards, roadblockers and anti-terror security solutions. This strategic acquisition strengthens HTC’s position in the growing market for critical infrastructure security.
TESCON Sicherheitssysteme AG has grown over more than 20 years into a respected specialist in security solutions. The German company delivers certified systems against vehicle attacks with trucks up to 30 tons at 80 km/h, for critical infrastructure, airports, government institutions and temporary security applications.

Market leadership in Europe
With this acquisition, HTC Group B.V. strengthens its position as European market leader in vehicle access systems. TESCON’s strong presence in Europe, Middle East and other international markets complements HTC’s Dutch base and growing European network.
TESCON will continue to operate under its own brand name and retain its production facility in Salzgitter. TESCON’s management team will continue daily operations, while both companies collaborate on product integration and market expansion.
