Tescon Security GmbH strengthens HTC Group

Tescon Security GmbH strengthens the HTC Group. Tescon has been known for years for the production of high-quality security solutions such as bollards, roadblockers, barriers and sliding gates that are resistant to vehicle attacks. All these products are tested and certified by official European testing institutes. During Intertraffic, Marie Pierre Maussang, Sales Manager of Tescon, will be present at our stand. The first Speedgate with MKI score in the National Environmental Database

HTC parking & security is the first in the world to map the complete lifecycle of its Speedgates through Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs). The associated EPDs have been published on the international MRPI website, and the MKI scores are officially registered in the National Environmental Database. Three models have been certified: the Xentry 2, Xentry 3 and Xentry STS.

Xentry 3: innovation at the highest level

The Xentry 3 Speedgate combines high security with speed and ease of use. Ideal for commercial parking, prisons, high-security locations, courthouses, truck parks, healthcare facilities and ambulance entrances. We will provide a live demonstration at the trade fair.

Available in various resistance classes: from SR2/RC2 (opportunistic burglars) to RC5 (heavy power tools) and bullet-resistant FB4 (.357/.44 Magnum) to FB6 (5.56/7.62 mm rifle). This way, the Xentry 3 always offers the right balance between accessibility and maximum safety.

Refurbished Speedgate: high-quality security meets circularity

HTC will showcase a refurbished Speedgate (Xentry 2TP) at the Intertraffic trade fair. This demonstrates that high-quality security and circularity go hand in hand. Each motor is completely disassembled, cleaned and fitted with new parts where necessary.

HTC has established processes with suppliers for refurbishing motors, galvanized/coated components of construction and drive systems, and stainless steel parts. The result? A Speedgate that is ready for years of reliable use with full warranty.

TESCON Sicherheitssysteme AG has grown over more than 20 years into a respected specialist in security solutions. The German company delivers certified systems against vehicle attacks with trucks up to 30 tons at 80 km/h, for critical infrastructure, airports, government institutions and temporary security applications.

The activities will be housed in the new company, TESCON Security GmbH.”

Market leadership in Europe
With this acquisition, HTC Group B.V. strengthens its position as European market leader in vehicle access systems. TESCON’s strong presence in Europe, Middle East and other international markets complements HTC’s Dutch base and growing European network.

TESCON will continue to operate under its own brand name and retain its production facility in Salzgitter. TESCON’s management team will continue daily operations, while both companies collaborate on product integration and market expansion.
